Mark Alexander, DMD

Mark Alexander maintains a private dental practice in Twin Falls. He is a former President of the South Central Idaho Dental Society, and has been a trustee with the Idaho State Dental Association. Mark has served on the Twin Falls Library Foundation, the Episcopal Church Vestry, and has been a member of the Blue Lakes Rotary club for 20 years. He completed his undergraduate studies at the College of Idaho, and completed his graduate work at Oregon Health Sciences University.

Nancy Briggs

Nancy Briggs is a retired software executive. She was President of Learned-Mahn, Inc. and managed its sale to National Data Corporation (NDC), a healthcare and banking systems company. She has also been active in the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Boise, and the Council of the Cathedral of the Rockies. Nancy is a graduate of Smith College in Massachusetts.

GREG DONACA, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Greg Donaca joined Delta Dental of Idaho in 2008 and has been the CEO and President since 2018. He serves on several boards, including Your Health Idaho, Delta Dental Plans Association, and presides over the Delta Dental of Idaho Board of Directors as the President and CEO. Greg is a CPA and a member of the Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Greg earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Linfield College in Oregon.

John Eck, MD

John Eck has been practicing family medicine in the Treasure Valley for 25 years. He has a private practice at the Center for Lifetime Health in Boise, and serves on boards for St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, and the Bishop Kelly Foundation. John received his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and completed his residency at Family Practice Residency of Idaho.

Mike Fery

Mike Fery is the CEO and Chairman of Rocky Mountain Companies, which focuses on commercial real estate developments throughout the West. He serves on the University of Idaho Foundation board, and is an advisory board member for Payette Brewing. Mike is a graduate of the University of Idaho and the Northwest Commercial Lending School.

Johanna Hale

Johanna "Joey" Hale is the Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for United Heritage Financial Group. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, the Risk and Insurance Management Society, and the Idaho State Board of Education Audit Committee. She is also a Board Member and Governance Committee Chair for Learning Lab. Johanna received her Assoc., Business Administration from North Idaho College, and a BS, Finance from University of Idaho. She is a Certified Internal Auditor.

Annette Herman, Immediate Past-Chair

Annette Herman is the Managing Director for ThomasARTS, a marketing and advertising agency specializing in healthcare. Her prior leadership engagements include the President and CEO of UnitedHealthcare Utah, COO for Advancement at Utah State University, and varied executive roles with HCA, HealthTrust and HealthSouth. She received her MBA from Utah State University.

Jon Jurevic

Jon Jurevic is the CEO of the Oregon Anesthesiology Group. He has held several executive positions in the health insurance industry including 15 years as the CFO of a major regional carrier. He serves on the Oregon Mutual Insurance Company board, and is a member of the Executive Council of the Mazamas, a 123 year old mountaineering organization located in Portland. Jon is a CPA (inactive) and earned his MBA from Tulane University.

Jack Lincks, DDS

Jack Lincks maintains a private periodontal practice in Boise, and is an Associate Professor at the College of Southern Idaho School of Dental Hygiene. Jack is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, the Idaho State Dental Association, and the Southwest Idaho and Western Treasure Valley Dental Societies. He is also a former chairman of the Idaho Oral Health Alliance. Jack earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Louisiana State University, and completed his Periodontal Residency and Masters of Science at the University of Texas Health Science Center.

Mike Mooney, Chair

Mike Mooney recently retired as President of the Bank of Cascades, Idaho Region. He now serves on numerous community boards. During his career, he served as President of KeyBank of Idaho, as well as the CEO and President of Farmers and Merchants State Bank; he was a member of the Governor’s Task Force on Higher Education, and co-chaired the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce Capital Campaign. Mike earned an MBA from Idaho State University and graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School at University of Washington.

Christine Neuhoff, Chair-Elect

Christine Neuhoff is the St. Luke’s Health System Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. She serves as legal strategic advisor to the President and CEO of St. Luke’s Health System, the Board of Directors and executive leadership. Christine chairs the Healthcare Subcommittee of the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry and is the chair of the St. Luke’s Clinic Coordinated Care (Accountable Care Organization) Board of Directors. Christine serves on the boards of the Learning Lab and the Boise Philharmonic Association. She received her JD from the University of California, Berkeley and her MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Kurt Petellin, DDS

Kurt Petellin maintains a private dental practice in Coeur d' Alene and serves as treasurer on the Coeur d' Alene Church of the Nazarene board. Kurt completed his undergraduate studies at MidAmerica Nazarene University in Kansas and pursued his graduate work at the University of Missouri where he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Jim Pierce, DDS

Jim Pierce maintains a private dental practice in Lewiston and volunteers at the Snake River Community Clinic. He has been an instructor for the Renton Vocational Technical College Dental Hygiene Program and a trustee for the Idaho State Dental Association. Jim completed his undergraduate studies at Washington State University, and later pursued his graduate work at Marquette University School of Dentistry.

Kyle Siemen, DMD

Kyle Siemen maintains a private dental practice in Pocatello. He is President of the board for Idaho State University Bengal Athletic Boosters, a member of the Idaho Dental Foundation board, and past President of the Southeast Idaho Dental Society. Kyle completed his undergraduate studies at Idaho State University, and completed his graduate work at Oregon Health Sciences University.
